Job summary

Vallen is seeking an FP&A Manager to partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, reporting and strategic analysis. You will build financial models to drive growth and improve profitability across the organization.

The role demands strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, experience with manufacturing/distribution, and the ability to communicate clearly with executives. You'll lead monthly packages and contribute to 3-5 year plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• MBA or CMA is preferred.
• Experience with distribution companies and/or manufacturing is advantageous.
• Strong communication and executive presence to interact with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze and report actual performance against budget/forecast.
• Develop reports and matrices for operations and regions.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages for leadership.
• Provide proactive support to business leaders after monthly results.
• Assist leadership with 3-5 year EBIT-focused strategy.
• Develop analytics to improve gross margin and drive growth.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes at the company level.
• Perform special project analyses as required.
