Job summary

A leading commercial aquatic services provider is seeking a finance professional to drive financial strategies and oversee budgeting and forecasting. You will report to the CFO, owning FP&A processes, building financial models, and supporting M&A diligence in a growing environment. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background, excellent Excel skills, and experience in investment banking or private equity. This remote position offers an opportunity to influence critical business decisions within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or Big 4 public accounting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with minimal oversight.
• Genuine interest in learning operational details of the business.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the annual budgeting process.
• Build and maintain monthly forecast with actuals and KPIs.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages for executive leadership.
