Job summary

Platform Accounting Group in Holladay, UT seeks a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to own enterprise planning, forecasting, and decision support. Reporting to the CFO, this role drives budgeting, long‑range planning, and performance management across a multi‑entity services platform.

The leader will build scalable FP&A processes, deliver executive insights, and partner with Treasury, operations, and private equity sponsors to optimize value creation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading FP&A in a multi‑entity organization.
• Strong financial modeling and scenario analysis skills.
• Ability to partner with CFO/board and lenders with concise analyses.

Responsibilities

• Own annual budget, rolling forecast, and long‑range planning.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with executives and ops leaders.
• Develop KPI framework including EBITDA, margin, and cash flow.
• Support M&A modeling, integration planning, and capital planning.
• Deliver high‑quality materials for Board, sponsors, and lenders.
