Job summary

Playlist is hiring a Senior Director of FP&A to lead strategic finance for our B2B SaaS businesses, including Studio Fitness and Beauty. You’ll drive revenue growth, forecasting, and performance across geographies, partnering with GMs, GTM leaders, and product teams.

You’ll build a distributed FP&A group (US & Brazil), develop scenarios, and influence major investments. Compensation reflects market norms and your impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or related experience, incl. support for revenue and GTM teams.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Deep fluency in B2B SaaS economics: ARR/MRR/GRR/NRR, CAC and payback.
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, planning, and data analysis.
• Experience with enterprise planning systems and AI/automation in finance.
• Proven record of increasing responsibility, scope, and impact.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior finance partner for Playlist’s B2B SaaS to translate business strategy into financial plans, forecasts, and targets.
• Collaborate with General Managers, GTM leaders, and product/engineering to align financials with priorities.
• Own revenue forecasting and performance management, including annual planning and monthly reviews.
• Guide growth, investment, prioritization, and resource allocation with independent financial perspective.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases for strategic initiatives and planning.
• Lead and develop a distributed FP&A team across the U.S. and Brazil.
• Advance forecasting processes, insights, and decision support as Playlist evolves.
• Support strategic initiatives including potential M&A and due diligence.
