Job summary

Arkema Inc. in Cary, NC is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst who will partner with Global Coating Solutions teams to deliver accurate, timely financial reporting and insights. The role emphasizes data mining, KPI development, and automation to improve budgeting, forecasting, and business decisions.

Responsibilities include consolidation of monthly forecasts, P&L analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with FP&A, marketing, and R&D. Up to 5% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Data Analytics, Mathematics or IT field; MBA a plus.
• Five or more years’ finance / data management experience.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel; PowerBI proficiency required.
• Experienced with SAP; able to work with ERP/BI tools.
• Structured, data-driven approach; team player able to influence."

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly and monthly financial analysis with concise communication of results.
• Prepare monthly Coating Solutions COMEX deck and integrated P&L.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for reporting and forecasting (OneStream, PowerBI).
• Collaborate with FP&A, BU finance teams and senior leadership across regions.
• Identify cost improvements and automation opportunities in reporting processes.
