Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience.
• Strong financial modeling capability in Excel.
• Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to partner with engineering, operations, or program management teams.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly close for the Coatings segment.
• Build and maintain models supporting program cost analysis and planning.
• Prepare variance analyses for leadership with clear explanations.
• Partner with program managers on tracking and margin analysis.
• Develop Coatings reporting and dashboards, including Power BI data pipelines.
• Support ERP transition mapping to analytics and reporting needs.
• Prepare materials for segment reviews and board/investor reporting.
• Support ad-hoc FP&A initiatives as directed by FP&A Director.
