Wold Architects and Engineers, Inc. in Minneapolis seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join the corporate finance team, reporting to the CFO. You will own Vena CPM administration, manage complex forecasts, and deliver strategic reporting to executives, PE sponsors, and lenders.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of corporate FP&A experience, preferably PE-backed or high-growth services.
• Hands-on CPM system administration experience with templates and data structures.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate data extraction, modeling, and reporting.
• Project accounting knowledge: revenue recognition, WIP, margins.
• Advanced Excel-based modeling and three-statement financial modeling.
• Understanding of professional services metrics: utilization, backlog, realization.
• Self-starter who works independently with minimal guidance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Vena administration and FP&A AI leadership: manage templates, data hierarchies, and AI features.
• Lead financial integration of acquisitions; extract/transform data from PSA and NetSuite into finance pipelines.
• Design and automate dashboards/reports in Vena and NetSuite using AI tools.
• Own rolling 3-statement forecast and rolling 13-week cash flow model.
• Partner with department heads to build and monitor budgets including addbacks.
• Embed complex allocation logic into annual budgets and forecasts within Vena.
• Maintain multi-year Strategic Plan model reflecting growth and capital structure.
• Own earn-out reporting and metric calculation for post-acquisition payouts.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports for private equity sponsors and lenders.
