Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
Up to 2 years of finance/accounting experience; internships count.
ERP experience preferred: SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, JD Edwards or similar.
Proficient in Excel; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for Clearwater manufacturing.
Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and schedules per policies.
Analyze financial results and KPIs; report management packages.
Assist in inventory accounting activities and cycle counts.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure reporting.
Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and finance teams.
