Job summary

Bausch + Lomb in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking a Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business performance analysis. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver timely insights and develop planning processes that improve financial visibility.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in FP&A or corporate finance, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate complex analyses clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics required.
• 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual operating plan, forecast, and long-range planning processes.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Support month-end close activities, including accruals and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and business partners to drive informed decision-making.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve planning, reporting, and data management processes.
