The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and up to 2 years of finance experience, preferably with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or JD Edwards. This full-time position is based in Clearwater, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a business/finance field.
• Up to 2 years of finance/accounting manufacturing finance experience or internships.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, JD Edwards) preferred.
• Experience with financial reporting tools or analytics software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure timely reporting.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and supporting schedules per policy.
• Analyze KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and management reports for accuracy.
• Analyze variances in manufacturing costs (material, labor, overhead).
• Assist in inventory accounting activities including cycle counts and reporting.
• Monitor spending against budgets and analyze significant variances.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure tracking.
