Job summary

RGP is seeking an experienced Consultant, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making. This role involves partnering with senior leadership to influence key business decisions and drive operational effectiveness.

The engagement is project-based for ≈3 months, with compensation of $60-$80/hour (W2) and a hybrid workload requiring occasional travel to Hawaii from a US remote location.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Analyze organizational financial performance against budget and forecast targets.
• Support enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop sophisticated financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases.
• Create executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Assess and improve financial reporting processes and methodologies.
• Collaborate with accounting, actuarial, and operations teams to improve processes.
• Provide actionable insights on profitability, revenue trends, and costs.
