Job summary

Daley And Associates, LLC is seeking a Senior FP&A Associate to support its growing private markets platform. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for assigned business units, and partner with leaders across finance and operations to align budgets with actuals.

You will translate business developments into financial projections, prepare management reporting for senior leadership, and contribute to strategic projects with a hands-on, collaborative approach in a fast-paced

Qualifications

3–6 years of FP&A or accounting experience in public accounting or industry.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems; Anaplan experience is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for assigned business units.
Support long-term financial planning and translate business developments into financial projections.
Prepare management reporting and analyze financial trends for senior leadership.
Partner with finance, accounting, compensation, and business unit leaders to align budgets and actual results.
Assist with financial reporting adjustments and management-basis P&L preparation.
Contribute to ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects.
