Job summary

Bain Capital in Boston is seeking a Senior Finance Associate to support FP&A activities, budgeting, and long‑term planning. You will translate business changes into financial projections and deliver analyses to senior leadership.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in FP&A or accounting, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with Anaplan. A base salary in the market with bonus potential is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in FP&A or accounting (public or private).
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Advanced Excel and strong financial systems skills; Anaplan experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the analysis behind the annual budget process and the monitoring and reforecasting throughout the year for your assigned businesses.
• Deliver periodic reporting to COOs and CFOs with trend analysis and clear insights.
• Partner daily with compensation, corporate finance/accounting, and department leaders to align plans and actuals.
