Job summary

LHH partners with a Somerset County, NJ-based healthcare organization to hire a Senior FP&A Associate. This role delivers precise daily/weekly reporting and deep variance analysis to support senior leadership decisions.

You will build and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning across multi-location operations, analyzing P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 4+ years FP&A experience, healthcare preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau).
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce daily and weekly reporting for business leaders and enhance automation.
• Perform in-depth variance analysis, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and present findings to senior leadership.
• Analyze monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis with complex models.

Job description

We are working with the Controller of a Healthcare organization based in Somerset County, NJ. They are looking for a dynamic Senior FP&A Associate to join their team. This company offers a competitive salary w/ benefits including a generous 401k plan!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce Daily and Weekly Reporting for business leaders while developing more automated and powerful reporting tools.
• Conduct in-depth variance analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and present findings to senior leadership.
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 4+ years of FP&A experience preferably in a multi-location healthcare entity
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.), and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau)
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel

COMPENSATION:

$95,000 - $110,000 + discretionary bonus
