Job summary

ESO is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Top Line Revenue, Bookings, and ARR team. You will build and maintain ARR, GRR, and NRR models, partner with the Finance Manager of Revenue, and influence pricing decisions across a subscription business with over $200M in ARR.

The ideal candidate combines strong Excel and financial modeling skills with the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders in Finance, Sales, Product, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or revenue analytics.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ARR models across segments (ARR, GRR, NRR).
• Support forecasting for revenue and bookings for leadership and Board.
• Prepare recurring board/investor reporting and drive forecasting improvements.
