Job summary

EY is seeking a Financial Accounting Systems Supervising Associate to design, build, and optimize Anaplan-based planning solutions across the US. You will partner with stakeholders worldwide, oversee complex models, and ensure data integrity and governance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IT and finance teams, training, and continuous improvement of planning processes in a highly virtual environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3–5+ years in FP&A and systems implementation.
• 5–7+ years in a finance/business role with at least 3 years supervisory/forecasting/budgeting experience.
• Involvement in at least one end-to-end planning/EPM project.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into Anaplan solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Anaplan planning/forecasting solutions.
• Build complex models for finance, analytics, and reporting.
• Create intuitive dashboards and reporting tools for decision support.
• Collaborate with IT and finance stakeholders globally.
• Support data integrations between Anaplan and enterprise systems.
• Lead trainings and co-building sessions to expand adoption.
