Job summary

EY is seeking a Financial Accounting Systems Supervising Associate to design, build, and optimize Anaplan-based planning and forecasting solutions across US finance operations.

The role emphasizes translating business requirements into scalable Anaplan models, partnering with stakeholders, and delivering accurate forecasting tools. A strong FP&A background and experience with end-to-end planning are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5+ years of FP&A and systems implementation.
• 5-7+ years in finance with supervision, forecasting and budgeting experience.
• End-to-end planning/EPM system implementation or major planning model redesign.
• Experience bridging business requirements with development teams.
• Overtime during peak periods (system go-lives, rollovers).
• Ability to work in a highly virtual team; limited travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional Anaplan solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy scalable planning/forecasting solutions.
• Support complex analysis and reporting needs; assess impact on upstream/downstream processes.
• Build/upgrade models for finance, analytics and reporting; design dashboards for insights.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance; ensure data integrity and access controls.
• Support integrations between Anaplan and enterprise systems; document governance.
