Job summary

Target is seeking a Reporting & Analytics Analyst in Minneapolis to join a centralized FP&A team. You will deliver standardized financial reporting, design and automate dashboards, and provide insights to multiple functions including Merch Finance, Marketing, Stores, and Supply Chain.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a Data Analyst, strong SQL, and proficiency in Python or R, plus expert data visualization skills with Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years as a Data Analyst with strong quantitative background; or equivalent experience.
• Advanced SQL experience writing complex queries.
• Python or R proficiency.
• Knowledge of forecasting models and statistical analysis.
• Strong data visualization skills with executive-ready dashboards.
