Barnes & Noble Booksellers, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Supply Chain Finance to partner with our distribution centers. You will analyze labor, freight and unit economics, build forecasts and business cases, and provide insights to DC leadership for investment decisions.

The role is on-site at the Monroe, NJ DC three days weekly with two remote days, reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Finance. Strong Excel, SQL and Power BI skills are required.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills for dynamic models.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and building dashboards.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting or variance analysis (Opex/Capex).

Responsibilities

• DC performance reporting and KPI analysis for leadership.
• Build and explain cost and productivity analyses; support automation.
• Forecast inbound/outbound units and link to freight and cost recovery.
• Own forecasting, budgeting and modeling processes; drive improvements.
