Job summary

The Toro Company, Minnesota-based, seeks a senior analytics finance professional to join the Center of Excellence finance team and drive data-informed decisions across divisions. The role emphasizes standardizing processes, partnering with the business, and deriving insights from data to guide strategy.

You will leverage SAP, QlikView, PowerBI and OneStream to streamline reporting, tell the story behind the numbers, and foster best practices across responsibilities while supporting planning,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or accounting; advanced degrees preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in planning, budgeting and accounting; manufacturing background a plus.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication to influence the business.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and systems proficiency with SAP, QlikView, PowerBI, OneStream.

Responsibilities

• Identify analytics that drive business performance and develop financial analyses.
• Use BI tools to increase reporting efficiency and data consistency.
• Tell the story behind the numbers to influence decisions.
• Drive standardization and best practices across responsibilities.
• Analyze performance and provide actionable recommendations to partners.
• Prepare standard reports highlighting insights and driving action.
• Lead annual plans, forecasts, and long-range planning with business partners.
• Review data across capex, working capital, pricing, profitability and costs.
