Job summary

The Toro Company, a Minnesota-based firm with a long history, seeks a Finance Analytics professional to partner with the business and deliver insights that influence decisions. You will standardize processes, build robust reports, and drive data-driven planning across divisions in a fast-paced environment.

Expect collaboration across teams, advanced Excel and BI tool use, and a hybrid work setup at our Bloomington HQ. Prior experience in manufacturing finance is a plus.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Business or Accounting required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial acumen expected.

Responsibilities

• Identify analytics that drive business performance and develop financial analyses.
• Utilize BI tools to improve reporting efficiency and data consistency.
• Tell the story behind the numbers to partners across the organization.
• Drive standardization and best practices in assigned areas.
• Analyze performance data, communicate findings, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare standard reports highlighting insights for decision making.
• Support planning processes: annual plan, forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Review data across capital expenditures, working capital, pricing, profitability.
