Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Staff Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team. You will support planning, forecasting, and reporting to improve financial performance. Collaborate with accounting and finance leaders to translate complex data into actionable insights.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of finance experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and experience with SAP and BI tools. Expect cross-functional collaboration and opportunities for bonus and equity programs as part of a comprehensive

Qualifications

BA/BS in Finance, Accounting or Business Management (CFA/MBA a plus).
12+ years of relevant finance experience.
Excellent and proactive communicator.
Proven process and systems improvement experience.
Knowledge of financial planning and BI tools including SAP.

Responsibilities

Support FP&A strategic planning, annual operating plan, quarterly reviews, and monthly close and forecast.
Detail reporting and analysis of revenue and margins by customer and product.
Partner with senior FP&A members to complete reporting packages.
Complete quarterly earnings reports in support of accounting close.
Communicate information effectively through presentations.
Drive continuous improvement in processes and analytics.
