Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management required; CFA/MBA a plus.
• 12+ years of relevant finance experience.
• Excellent and proactive communicator; strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to improve processes and systems; FP&A experience.
• Experience with SAP; knowledge of financial planning and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A strategic planning, annual operating plan, quarterly reviews, and monthly close.
• Detail reporting and analysis of revenue and margins by customer and product.
• Collaborate with senior FP&A peers to complete reporting packages.
• Assist in quarterly earnings reports and accounting close processes.
• Communicate insights effectively through presentations and dashboards.
• Standardize recurring analyses to reinforce planning, execution, reporting, and measurement.
