Solomon Page is partnering with a client to fill the Senior Financial Analyst of Corporate FP&A role in Austin, TX. This position partners with leaders to develop sophisticated financial models, conducts analyses, and delivers actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.

The role also supports digital transformation initiatives and AI-enabled finance operations. Base range is $85k-$115k with a target 5% bonus, and requires at least five years in FP&A, a Finance/Accounting degree, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive FP&A experience.
Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
Experience with financial systems, ERP platforms, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain advanced financial models for budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis and business cases.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial analyses including variance analysis and KPI reporting.
Partner with business leaders to support planning cycles and long-range planning processes.
Monitor performance against targets and identify corrective actions.
Collaborate with Accounting, HR and other functions to ensure data integrity and alignment with accounting standards.
Prepare monthly financial narratives, executive summaries and insights.
Influence stakeholders through clear communication and strong business acumen.
Support acquisitions, process improvements and operational transformation initiatives.
