Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, FP&A, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience working directly with senior executives and/or Board-level stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear analysis.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with confidence presenting to C-suite and Board audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority strategic and financial analyses and translate complex questions into board-ready recommendations.
• Evaluate pricing, market expansion, operating models, and other strategic initiatives to show financial trade-offs.
• Own analytical sections of Board/investor materials with concise insights and minimal CFO rework.
• Partner with CFO and executive leadership; communicate effectively with CEO/CFO/Board audiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather data, context, and operational insights for analyses.
• Synthesize inputs into a cohesive strategic narrative for senior leadership and Board audiences.
• Leverage advanced financial modeling, data analysis, and emerging AI tools to speed up decisions.

We’re recruiting a Senior Manager, Finance & Corporate Strategy for a fast-growing company in Dallas seeking a strategic, analytically rigorous finance leader who can turn complex business questions into clear, executive-level recommendations.

• Location: Dallas, TX or New York, NY

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority strategic and financial analyses, translating complex or ambiguous business questions into clear, actionable, board-ready recommendations.


• Evaluate key business decisions such as pricing, market expansion, operating models, and other strategic initiatives to help leadership understand financial trade-offs.


• Own analytical sections of Board and investor materials, delivering concise, high-quality insights with minimal rework required from the CFO.


• Serve as a trusted analytical partner to the CFO and executive leadership team, with the ability to communicate effectively with CEO-, CFO-, and Board-level audiences.


• Partner cross-functionally with leaders across the organization to gather data, business context, and operational insights needed to support strategic analyses.


• Synthesize inputs from multiple functions and stakeholders into a cohesive strategic narrative for senior leadership and Board audiences.


• Leverage advanced financial modeling, data analysis, and emerging AI tools to improve the speed and quality of strategic and financial decision-making.
