Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support US financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis.

This role focuses on turning data into insights and partnering with stakeholders across the organization to drive informed decisions. The position offers opportunities for growth within a global company and exposure to a broad range of financial and operational activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of analytical FP&A or related experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA and SAP BW with Analysis for Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor spending against budget and forecast; identify trends and corrective actions.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights on performance, risks and opportunities.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to support financial planning and decision making.
• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long‑range planning processes.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs; develop financial models and business cases.
