Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of analytical FP&A or related experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA and SAP BW with Analysis for Office.

What you'll do

• Monitor spending against budget and forecast, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights into business performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision‑making.
• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long‑range financial planning processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, management dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support strategic initiatives.
• Analyze operating expenses, profitability, and business performance across multiple functions.
• Support month‑end close activities through reporting, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Leverage SAP, Excel, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to analyze data and deliver actionable insights.
• Create and maintain reporting solutions that enhance visibility into business performance.
• Support capital expenditure reporting, workforce planning, and special financial projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline reporting, and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to support company objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Gain exposure to a broad range of financial and operational activities, creating opportunities for professional growth and development.

Qualifications and need‑to‑know

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to the responsibilities of this role.
• 3+ years of experience in an analytical role (FP&A, finance, business analysis, or a related).
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Experience using SAP S4 HANA, SAP BW with Analysis for Office in Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Experience developing forecasts, budgets, financial models, or business analyses.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
