Kedrion Biopharma is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis for our U.S. operations. You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to drive insights and strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes advanced Excel, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP BW with Analysis for Office, with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. This is an on-site US-based role located in Fort Lee, NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in FP&A or related analytical role.
• Advanced Excel with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA and SAP BW with Analysis for Office in Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience forecasting, budgeting, financial models or business analyses.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor spending against budget and forecast, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights into performance, risks and opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making.
• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range financial planning processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases for strategic initiatives.
• Analyze operating expenses, profitability across functions.
• Support month-end close activities through reporting and reconciliations.
• Leverage SAP, Excel, and BI tools to deliver actionable insights.
• Create and maintain reporting solutions for visibility into performance.
• Support CAPEX reporting, workforce planning, and special projects.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to support company objectives.
