Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to FP&A/finance.
• 3+ years in FP&A, finance, or business analysis.
• Advanced Excel with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis.
• Experience SAP S4 HANA & SAP BW with Analysis for Office in Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience forecasting, budgets, financial models, and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Monitor spending vs. budget and forecast; identify trends.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights on performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for planning and decision making.
• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases.
• Analyze operating expenses, profitability, and performance across functions.
• Support month-end close activities with reporting and reconciliations.
• Leverage SAP, Excel, and BI tools to deliver actionable insights.
• Create reporting solutions to improve visibility into performance.
• Support capital expenditure reporting and workforce planning.

What you'll do

• Support capital expenditure reporting, workforce planning, and special financial projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline reporting, and increase efficiency.

Qualifications and need‑to‑know

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to the responsibilities of this role.
• 3+ years of experience in an analytical role (FP&A, finance, business analysis, or a related).
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Experience using SAP S4 HANA, SAP BW with Analysis for Office in Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Experience developing forecasts, budgets, financial models, or business analyses.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
