Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of finance and/or accounting experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and accounting principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial analyses and reports for P&L and balance sheet metrics.
• Ensure timely, GAAP-compliant financial reports and adherence to company policies.
• Plan and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, LBE/LRP processes.
• Develop tools and templates to improve planning and reporting.
• Support S&OP/IBP processes and analyze monthly performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Global Marketing on budgets and forecasts.
• Support month-end close activities including revenue reconciliation and journal entries.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and projections.
• Maintain finance scorecards and track deliverables.
• Perform financial modeling, data mining, and analyses for senior management.
• Assist with ad hoc financial requests and cross-business projects.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting efficiency.
