Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business decision-making for our client. The role emphasizes planning, analytics, and ERP integration to drive strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate has extensive FP&A experience, strong financial modeling skills, and a proven track record partnering with cross-functional leaders to deliver actionable insights and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related business discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related fields.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Advance use of planning tools and improve financial planning processes.
• Provide financial forecasting, performance analysis, and decision support to business partners.
• Administer FP&A platforms and ensure data integrity across planning and ERP systems.
• Build and maintain models, allocations, hierarchies, and calculations in the planning environment.
• Design and deliver executive reporting packages and dashboards.
