Reliant Transportation Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting and modeling across service centers in a growth environment.

The role partners with service center leaders to translate financial performance into actionable recommendations, lead analytical projects, and support strategic initiatives while advancing the company’s planning and KPI framework.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience including budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel capability for operating, cash flow and scenario modeling.
• Ability to translate analysis into actionable business decisions and partner with operating leaders.

Responsabilités

• Own budgeting and forecasting for assigned service centers and departments.
• Build and maintain driver-based planning models and cash flow analyses.
• Lead performance discussions with leaders and provide forecast implications.
• Prepare recurring KPI reporting and executive-level schedules.
• Support M&A and strategic initiatives with analytical insights.
