Reliant Transportation Group seeks a Financial Analyst in FP&A to own budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for Service Centers and departments. You will build driver-based models, deliver KPI reporting, and partner with leaders to translate financial insights into actions.

The role requires 3+ years in FP&A, strong Excel, and experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or Power BI. Collaboration with Accounting, BI, and Operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field; MBA/CPA/CMA a plus.
• 3+ years FP&A or corporate finance with budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Strong Excel modeling and experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar tools.

Responsabilités

• Own budgeting and forecasting for assigned Service Centers and departments.
• Build, maintain and improve driver-based planning models and KPI reporting.
• Lead or co-lead performance discussions with leaders and translate analysis into actions.
• Support acquisition modeling, pricing, staffing, and cost-improvement opportunities.
