Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related area.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting with budget-to-actual analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models for profitability analysis.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, and key drivers to identify trends.
• Partner with finance, accounting, operations, and leadership for decision-making.
• Prepare dashboards and management reporting for leadership.
• Track KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Assist month-end close and financial performance analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting and reporting processes.
• Perform ad hoc analyses for leadership requests.
