Visual Edge IT is seeking an analytical FP&A Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team in North Canton, OH. This role goes beyond traditional reporting to drive insights, connect operational activity to financial outcomes, and identify opportunities to improve performance.

You will build financial models, work with large datasets, and partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver data-driven recommendations and meaningful analyses for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of FP&A, business analytics, corporate finance, consulting, or similar.
• Strong financial analysis, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BI tools.
• Experience with large datasets and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial and operational analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and drivers.
• Develop financial models, business cases, scenario analyses, and analytical tools.
• Analyze large datasets from multiple systems and translate into insights.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and management reporting packages.
• Partner with leaders to understand performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data quality.
