loanDepot seeks a Financial Analyst/Business Analyst to update the corporate forecast model, executive presentations, and board materials. The role requires several years of modeling, advanced Excel, and familiarity with SQL/Oracle; mortgage industry experience is preferred.

This is a hybrid role based in Irvine, CA with two days in the office. Responsibilities include leading annual budgets, long-term models, variance analysis, and strategic financial insights.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required.
• 4+ years' experience as Financial Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Familiarity with SQL and Oracle data extraction.
• Experience in Financial Services; mortgage industry preferred.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus.
• Hybrid position based in Irvine, CA – two days per week.

Responsabilidades

• Lead aggregation of the annual budget and drive recurring forecasts and long-term financial models.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports with variance analysis and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights for strategic initiatives.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and monitor expenses.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate scenarios.
• Assess and mitigate financial risks and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
• Communicate insights to non-financial stakeholders and align goals with leadership.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
