Job summary

FlexTG in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive complex financial modeling and forecasting, partnering with leadership to influence strategy and budgeting decisions.

You will support month‑end close, develop forecasting methodologies, and produce KPI dashboards while collaborating with executives to optimize enterprise performance. This is an in‑office role, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with planning tools.
• Ability to build sophisticated financial models and lead analyses.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to influence leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close with variance explanations and reconciliations.
• Develop and enhance forecast methodologies.
• Prepare financial reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI analyses.
• Drive accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Partner with functional leaders on budgets and performance drivers.
• Evaluate financial and operational risks and opportunities.
• Lead deep-dive analyses on trends and drivers.
• Collaborate on best practices with the team.
