Job summary

Paddle is seeking a Sr. FP&A Analyst to bridge financial insight and commercial execution. You will partner with business leaders to translate Paddle’s transaction-based model into strategic recommendations that drive profitable growth and investment efficiency.

You’ll collaborate with the Director of FP&A and the VP of Finance on planning models, management reporting, and KPI-driven insights, shaping major business decisions while building FP&A capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling, forecasting and scenario planning.
• Experience with SaaS, payments or transaction-based business models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate financial concepts for non-finance audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM, Operations and other stakeholders to advise on resource allocation and commercial strategy.
• Drive insights from key metrics (GMV, take rate, CAC, LTV, NRR, churn) to inform business direction.
• Develop and deliver management reports and dashboards to support decision making.
• Support board-level reporting and strategic narratives with FP&A analyses.
