Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required.
• 5+ years related accounting experience required.

• Experience with multiple financial systems preferred (Sage, Workday, Looker).

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis and modeling to evaluate expansion opportunities.
• Develop business cases with senior leadership.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Own annual budgeting and quarterly variance processes.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and dashboards.
• Support financial close tasks as needed.
