Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, or related analytical roles.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Able to translate data into insights and actions for senior leaders.
• Experience with dashboards and management reporting for executives.
• Advanced Excel and BI tool proficiency (Power BI, SQL).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis and decision support for budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and business planning.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reviews with executive-ready reports and dashboards.
• Perform variance analysis across actuals, plan, and forecast for key metrics across products and clients.
• Analyze performance to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities; translate into recommendations.
• Build and enhance financial models, scenarios, and business cases for forecasts and investments.
• Partner with finance, accounting, and business leaders to align assumptions and improve visibility.
• Support annual budget, forecast updates, and ad hoc analyses; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain data integrity and reporting consistency; drive process improvements.
