Assurant seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Business Finance team in the United States. You will lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting, delivering insights to guide strategic decisions and improve planning across the organization.

This role partners with finance, accounting, and business leaders to build models, develop scenarios, and present executive-ready analyses. Strong Excel, BI (Power BI), and SQL skills are required to turn data into actionable actions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis capabilities.
• Ability to turn high-volume, complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Experience preparing management reporting, dashboards, and presentations for senior leaders.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems or BI tools.
• Experience with Power BI and SQL or similar analytics tools.
• Strong communication and business partnering skills across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead financial analysis and decision support for budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and business planning.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reviews with executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Perform variance analysis across actuals, plan, and forecast for key financial statements.
