Job summary

Flagger Force, Inc is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to deliver high-quality financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. This role will partner closely with teams to provide actionable insights into business performance and improve forecasting accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Power BI. This position is primarily office-based.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Financial Analytics.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Develop financial and operational reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Support M&A due diligence efforts for geographical growth.

Skills

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query)

Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

Ability to interpret financial statements and business drivers

Strong communication skills

High attention to detail

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Education
