Job summary

Smurfit Westrock, NYSE:SW, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team in Atlanta. You will support the annual operating plan, monthly forecasts, and long-term planning, delivering accurate reporting and insights to senior leadership.

The role requires strong financial modeling, advanced Excel, and experience with planning systems. You will partner with regional finance teams to drive consistency in reporting, forecasting, and performance management across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of FP&A, financial analysis or corporate finance experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related analytical field
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Hyperion, HFM, Essbase, JDE or comparable systems preferred
• Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across finance and operations

Responsibilities

• Support annual operating plan, monthly forecasts and long-term planning with accuracy
• Prepare executive-level financial reporting packages for senior leadership
• Consolidate P&L, revenue, EBITDA analyses and key financial metrics
• Assist in SG&A planning, target setting and performance tracking
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure consistency in reporting and planning
• Develop insights and recommendations based on financial analysis and business drivers
• Provide ad hoc analyses and support transformation initiatives
