Job summary

JetBlue Airways Corporation is seeking a Senior Analyst in Financial Planning and Analysis to lead forecasting, model financial risks, and communicate plans to JetBlue's leadership. You will support the annual operating plan, quarterly earnings, and monthly reviews, working across departments to align on financial goals.

The role requires strong modeling, MS Office proficiency, and ability to work with executive teams. Domestic travel may be required, with a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• 3 years of financial modeling, working with financial systems, analytical reasoning and presentation experience (FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Investment Banking, Consulting).
• Ability to work with diverse groups and organizational levels across JetBlue.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness for occasional overnight travel (15%).
• Authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Drive departmental operating forecasting (short and long term) and communicate forecasts to leadership.
• Provide strategic guidance and financial analysis to cost center leaders.
• Prepare material for Executive Leadership and Board presentations (OP plan, quarterly earnings, monthly reviews).
• Build relationships with the business to ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned on financial goals and results.
• Handle ad hoc analyses and cross-functional projects as requested by Senior Management.
