Job summary

NetJets seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to deliver timely financial and operational reports for multiple groups. You will update monthly reports, track performance, work with department managers on budgets, investigate data inconsistencies, and support EMT with analyses and presentations.

The role emphasizes profitability insight, budgeting, and strategic support to executives, with mentorship of junior analysts and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Finance required.
• 4–6 years of experience in finance.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and strong task organization skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate completion of company reporting including data trend analysis.
• Identify and communicate issues affecting profitability.
• Lead initiatives that improve profitability.
• Provide advisory support to departments on budgets, accounting, and related issues.
• Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models.
• Analyze and interpret financial data for trends, reasonableness and accuracy.
• Prepare findings and recommendations for Executive Management Team (EMT).
• Ensure data is incorporated into the 10-year plan in line with accounting practices.
• Develop and implement timely enhancements to financial models.
• Lead, develop, and document complex financial analyses.
• Prepare fact-based presentations explaining financial terms clearly.
• Support executive strategic initiatives and cross-department analyses.
• Mentor and coach junior Financial Analysts.
