Job summary

Equiliem is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A in New York, NY to support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly close across multiple business units. This on-site role partners with station leadership and finance teams to consolidate information and drive strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of FP&A experience, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and experience with Oracle or SAP. Strong analytical and communication abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of financial planning and analysis experience.
• Experience with forecasting and budgeting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of finance concepts and accounting principles.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or Oracle Fusion systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models and scenario analysis across multiple business units.
• Partner with station teams on monthly forecasting and annual budgets and long-range financial plans.
• Support the monthly close process, including journal entries, accruals, and consolidation.
• Analyze performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and support corporate reporting requirements.
