Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 3–5 years of progressive financial experience demonstrating collaboration with operational or support functions.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain models to support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
• Support, analyze and assist in the preparation of the company’s annual operating budget.
• Prepare, review and distribute monthly financial reports to Department managers.
• Track expenses and revenues vs. budget and reforecast and analyze fluctuations.
• Develop financial statement analysis and financial modeling to support initiatives.
• Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed.
• Create new, evaluate existing, and develop more efficient financial reports.
• Effectively communicate information to colleagues and leadership.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization.
