Job summary

Embla Medical in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with senior leadership in the Bracing & Supports business unit to deliver forecasting, full P&L analytics, and strategic analyses. You will own planning, scenario modeling, and business case development to drive performance.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in FP&A, strong Excel skills, and experience with Power BI and related tools; healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years of FP&A, financial reporting, analysis, or related experience.
• Healthcare, medical device, or healthcare technology experience preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to influence senior management.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or Anaplan a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own planning and forecasting process from topline net sales to full P&L for the business unit.
• Lead key initiatives: cost reductions, analytics, and operating model improvements.
• Build financial models to support strategic decisions and business cases.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with strategy.
