Job summary

KPA, LLC is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst in Colorado to drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will partner across Finance, RevOps, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure accurate reporting of bookings and net retention and to influence decisions with data-driven insights.

You will own the monthly close process, forecast rollforwards, and commission calculations, while building advanced financial models in Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred.
• Generally 5-7 years of experience in Financial Planning and Accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling is required.
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reporting packages for internal management and external investors, including budget vs actual analysis and narrative development.
• Develop automation and own data integrity for bookings, book of business, net retention, and revenue forecasting.
• Partner with Accounting, RevOps, and Customer Success to align bookings and net retention reporting and manage SFDC and NetSuite data.
• Present monthly financial review meetings with senior management and external investors.
• Participate in monthly close: revenue review, GL mapping, and forecast rollforward.
• Own commissions and quarterly bonus calculations and support annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Drive process improvements and system configuration; support acquisition integrations and proforma reporting.
