Georgia-Pacific LLC seeks a Financial Analyst to join the Gypsum Operations Finance team supporting the Fletcher, OK facility. You will partner with plant leadership, analyze costs, and influence decisions through financial insights and economic thinking.

The role offers cross‑functional exposure and hands‑on manufacturing experience. The analyst will support forecasting, reporting, and continuous improvement while traveling 1–2 days weekly to Fletcher.

Qualificações

• One or more years of experience in finance, accounting, operations analysis, or related analytical role.
• Proficient with data sources and Excel; able to develop insights using analytical tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to translate insights for non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience with manufacturing finance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with plant leadership to understand operational and financial performance drivers.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, spending trends, and operational results.
• Support monthly forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and business performance.
• Develop financial analyses and business cases to support operational decisions.
• Monitor and communicate key performance indicators and business trends.
• Assist with capital project evaluations and investment analysis.
• Create presentations and insights for plant and finance leadership.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.
• Collaborate across operations and finance teams to promote informed decisions.
• Develop understanding of manufacturing processes and plant economics.
